I have only high praise for (the physical therapist and home care aide.) Prior to my total hip replacement operation a friend suggested that I request Natick VNA. I had no idea how critical both would be to my care, progress, and well-being. The physical therapist was kind, caring, knowledgeable, empathetic, encouraging, and when necessary, firm. She patiently answered all my questions and listened to my ideas as well as my angst. The home care aide was the epitome of kindness, patience, caring, and empathy."
